Our rates are seasonal. The lowest rates are during the winter months, and rise in the spring and summer. We offer contract and commercial rates to businesses that guarantee a minimum room occupancy. All rates quoted are without local lodging tax, which is currently 9%. Wyoming sales tax law exempts any continous rental in excess of a calendar month from lodging tax.

We offer a 10% discount on room rates to active duty military personell. We honor Wyoming state employee's per diem rates when on state business, and honor US government employee's per diem rates when on federal government business. If you are a government employee on official business, and provide appropriately filled out sales tax exemption forms, we will waive the lodging tax.
